Hand-tighten fixings only. Do not use power tools or overtighten, as this may damage the stone. Professional installation is recommended.

To clean, use a soft damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach, vinegar, acidic products, and harsh chemicals.

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging and condition. Items that have been installed, damaged, altered, or show signs of use cannot be returned.

As our products are crafted from natural stone, variations in colour, veining, texture, tone, and pattern are not considered faults and are not grounds for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or is deemed faulty.

Formed Home products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers faults arising from defects in workmanship or materials under normal residential use. If a product is found to be defective, Formed Home may replace or refund the item.

As our handles are crafted from natural stone, variations in colour, veining, texture, tone, pattern, and natural inclusions are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused during installation

• Damage resulting from overtightening fixings or the use of power tools

• Chipping, cracking, or breakage caused by impact, misuse, or accidental damage

• Normal wear and tear

• Exposure to harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, excessive moisture, or extreme temperatures

• Outdoor use or use in unsuitable applications, including appliance cabinetry and other high-stress environments
