We want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and uninstalled items in their original packaging and condition.

Change-of-mind returns are welcome; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

As our products are crafted from natural stone, variations in colour, veining, texture, and pattern are not considered faults and are not grounds for return.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement.

Custom-made, made-to-order, clearance, and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and process any approved refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.
