Products

Formed Home products are crafted from natural stone. Variations in colour, veining, texture, tone, pattern, and natural inclusions are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.

Product images are provided as a guide only and may not represent the exact item received.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Formed Home is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and uninstalled items in their original packaging and condition.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted at the customer's expense.

Natural variations in stone are not considered faults and are not grounds for return, exchange, or refund.

Custom-made, made-to-order, clearance, and sale items are final sale unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty

Formed Home products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, outdoor use, or use in unsuitable applications.

Installation

Products must be installed in accordance with our installation guidelines. Formed Home is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, overtightening, use of power tools, or unsuitable applications.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, images, logos, text, and branding, remains the property of Formed Home and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formed Home's liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the purchased product.

Formed Home is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of its products.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
