Formed Home products are crafted from natural stone. As a natural material, each piece is unique and variations in colour, veining, texture, tone, pattern and natural inclusions are to be expected.
These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone and are not considered defects or faults.
We make every effort to represent our products accurately through photography and product descriptions. However, images are provided as a guide only. Variations in natural materials, lighting, photography and screen settings may mean the product you receive differs slightly from what is displayed online.
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, product availability and specifications may change without notice.
Orders are processed once full payment has been received. Formed Home reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving pricing or product information errors, suspected fraudulent activity, stock availability or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide a refund for the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
Estimated dispatch and delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Once an order has been dispatched, Formed Home cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframe.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before completing your order.
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging and condition.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted at the customer's expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Due to the unique nature of natural stone, variations in colour, veining, pattern, texture, tone and natural inclusions are not considered faults and do not qualify as grounds for a return, exchange or refund on their own.
Custom-made, made-to-order, clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this returns policy limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law in relation to faulty, damaged or otherwise non-compliant products.
Formed Home products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship when used under normal residential conditions and installed in accordance with our installation guidelines.
This manufacturer's warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
Natural stone is a strong and enduring material; however, it is not indestructible. Our handles are designed for normal residential cabinetry use and should be treated with reasonable care. Excessive force, impact, pulling, twisting or repeated heavy use beyond their intended application may cause the stone to chip, crack or break and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact Formed Home with your order details, a description of the issue and clear photographs showing the product and affected area.
Where a warranty claim is accepted, Formed Home will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the terms of this warranty and any applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Our products must be installed carefully and in accordance with any installation instructions or guidelines supplied by Formed Home.
Due to the nature of natural stone, care should be taken during installation. Screws and fixings should not be overtightened, and appropriate tools and installation methods should be used.
Formed Home is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation, overtightening, inappropriate use of power tools, unsuitable cabinetry or substrates, or use of the product in an application for which it was not designed.
Where appropriate, we recommend installation by a suitably qualified professional.
Natural stone requires appropriate care to maintain its appearance and integrity.
Customers should follow any care and maintenance instructions provided by Formed Home. Damage caused by inappropriate cleaning products, harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, excessive force or improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by our manufacturer's warranty.
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Formed Home website, including product designs, photography, imagery, graphics, logos, text, branding and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Formed Home.
This content may not be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, published or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Formed Home.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formed Home will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use, installation or inability to use our products.
Where our liability can lawfully be limited, it will be limited to the remedies permitted under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions, including our returns policy or manufacturer's warranty, excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under Australian Consumer Law.
Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, your statutory rights will prevail.
Formed Home may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will take effect once published on our website.
The version of the Terms & Conditions applicable to your purchase will generally be the version published at the time your order was placed, subject to applicable law.
