Quite a lot. Choose your stone, size, profile and finish, or come to us with something completely unique. Our custom service is designed to bring your vision to life, whether that’s a variation of one of our signature designs or something created specifically for your project.
Yes. Custom orders have a minimum order quantity of 5 pieces. Minimum quantities may vary depending on the stone, size and complexity of your design, and we’ll confirm everything with you before proceeding.
Every custom order is a little different, so pricing is tailored to your selections. Stone type, dimensions, profile, quantity and design complexity can all influence the final price. Once we know what you have in mind, we’ll provide a personalised quote.
Custom orders take a little more time, and that’s all part of creating something specifically for you. Once we receive your enquiry, we work closely with our supplier to confirm stone availability, sizing, design
feasibility, pricing and production timeframes.
This process can involve some back and forth, so please allow additional time for us to finalise your quote and order details. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll provide an estimated production and delivery timeframe before your order proceeds.
Natural stone is beautifully unpredictable, and no two pieces will ever be exactly alike. Variations in colour, tone, veining, pattern and texture are inherent characteristics of genuine stone and are part of what makes each piece unique.
While we’ll always do our best to accommodate your preferences, we cannot guarantee a specific colour, tone, pattern or level of veining. For example, if you request predominantly white onyx, your finished pieces may still feature natural veining, tonal variation or markings within the stone.
Where possible, we can provide imagery during the custom process to give you an indication of the stone being used. However, due to the nature of natural stone, variations should always be expected and are not considered faults.
