Yes. Natural stone is a strong and enduring material, but like any natural stone product, it should be treated with care. Our handles are designed for everyday interior cabinetry use and, when installed and cared for correctly, are made to be enjoyed for years to come.

As natural stone can chip or crack if subjected to excessive force or impact, we recommend following our installation and care instructions to keep your handles looking their best.

Our handles are rear fixed and supplied with the required mounting hardware. Due to the nature of natural stone, they should always be installed carefully and hand-tightened only. We recommend installation by a qualified cabinetmaker or tradesperson.

Keep it simple. Clean your handles using a soft, damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners, bleach, vinegar, acidic products or harsh chemicals. Natural stone deserves a little love.

Formed handles are designed for interior cabinetry, including kitchen cabinets, vanities, wardrobes and drawer fronts. They are not recommended for exterior applications, entry doors or appliance doors.

We offer $19 flat-rate standard shipping and $25 flat-rate express shipping Australia-wide.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, VAT or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If customs requires additional information or payment to release your parcel, they may contact you directly. Any delays caused by customs clearance are outside of Formed Home’s control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey. Please allow some time for tracking to become active after your parcel has been collected by the carrier.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Please retain all packaging while we assess your claim.

Eligible full-priced items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Formed Home cannot be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in return transit.
